1. Try a NEW exercise and add to your routine!
2. Add wall sit-ups
3. Add a dance and add to your routine!
4. Planks - make goal of maybe (60 sec by end of week)
5. 20 miles for the week ( walk, run, bike, treadmill)
Plus share with others since having new ideas are fun!

November was a rough month for me between oral surgery followed up by a nasty case of the flu. It's been tough to eat well and working out has not been an option. I'm ever so slowly regaining my energy, but I have a lot of home/life priorities that have taken back burner for too long, so it's a balance. I hope to be gradually increasing my exercise over the month of December, but either way I'll try to post my mini goal progress.0 -
