EXERCISE:
1. Try a NEW exercise and add to your routine!
2. Add wall sit-ups
3. Add a dance and add to your routine!
4. Planks - make goal of maybe (60 sec by end of week)
5. 20 miles for the week ( walk, run, bike, treadmill)

Plus share with others since having new ideas are fun!

Food:
1. Add 3 to 5 servings of fruit/veggie EACH day!
2. Give up something unhealthy and add a healthy food EACH day!
3. Drink eight glasses of water each day!

    November was a rough month for me between oral surgery followed up by a nasty case of the flu. It's been tough to eat well and working out has not been an option. I'm ever so slowly regaining my energy, but I have a lot of home/life priorities that have taken back burner for too long, so it's a balance. I hope to be gradually increasing my exercise over the month of December, but either way I'll try to post my mini goal progress.

    This sounds great, but unfortunately, I am really under the weather this week. Chest hurts when I breathe and cough, ankle still sore and swollen, exhausted. I hope to be back in next week.

    Another step back for a bit. Had some gum tissue biopsied today, so my mouth is all messed up again. I did manage to get my water today. Small victories, right?
