    Week 7 Goal: 3500 + push ups

    10/20 Day 1: 448 (walking, dancing) - 0 pushups (I believe in taking a day off in between strength work, and I worked out yesterday, so I'll focus on doing it on 10/21, 23, & 25)
    10/21 Day 2: 693 (walking, dancing, pushups) - (1x4) + (1x3) + (3x2) + (26x1) = 39 pushup points
    10/22 Day 3: 154 (walking, stretching, rehabing)
    10/23 Day 4: 187 (pilates, stretching, pushups) - (1x3) + (15x2) + (19x1) = 52
    10/24 Day 5: 630 (walking, dancing)
    10/25 Day 6: 915 (stretching, recumbent, elliptical, calisthenics, pushups) - (4x3) + (10x2) + (22x1) = 54
    10/26 Day 7: +

    Total: 3027
    Left: 473

    This has been a rally bad week. I need to do better and not let the stress derail me. I'm sorry I did not do any push ups this week.

    10/20: 583 (running, walking) + 0 pushups today just saw the challenge
    10/21: 408 (walking, yoga) + 0 pushups
    10/22: 162 (walking) + 0 pushups
    10/23: 95 (walking) + 0 pushups
    10/24: 100 (walking) + 0 pushups
    10/25: 307 (walking, dancing) + 0 pushups

    total: 1655
    Left: 1845

    I had the same problem but you at least did get some exercise in! That's what counts plus NEXT week is a new week! We can do this!

    10/22 Day 3: 636( Walk/ jog, cleaning, stretching)
    10/23 Day 4: :437(Walking ,cleaning, stretch)
    10/24 Day 5: :575(walking , work, light cleaning)( 25x3)
    10/25 Day 6: 712(walk, light jog, Work, cleaning, Stretch)+(25x1) (25X 2) (5x4)
    10/26 Day 7: +507( cleaning, walk, jogging up and down stairs [raining])(25x 1)(20x2)(15x3)(10X 4)

    I was thinking I'd like to work on arms more! Started Challenge the 21st. Really Needed This, Upper body Strength is sorely lacking.

    10/21: 600 calories burned (gung fu & mini cycle) 166 push up points
    10/22: 300 calories burned (mini cycle) 170 push up points
    10/23: 650 calories burned (gung fu & mini cycle) 166 push up points
    10/24: 454 calories burned (30DS & mini cycle) no push ups - 30DS killed my arms :)
    10/25: 225 calories burned (walking) 167 push up points
    10/26: 400 calories burned (mini cycle) 170 push up points

    left 171
    improved 5 push up points

    Just to be clear, I intend the winner to be the most improved, not the most points. I wanted everyone to have a chance at this, not just the strongest. That said - Carhicks & GrandmaJackie - you guys are kicking *kitten*! :)

    10/21 Day 2: 100 min run / 60 min walk / 15 min strength training / 1232 calorie burn + (100 x 3 ) = 300

    10/23 Day 4: 567 (strength training, walking) + (50 X3) = 150
