****THIS IS THE CHALLENGE THAT SHE SENT ME. I'M AT WORK SO I WANTED TO POST THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE****
So this week's challenge is push ups! Start at the greatest difficulty you can do with good form. When your arms get tired, drop a difficulty level. Continue until you can do no more, or until you reach 50 total.
level 6: 1 arm
level 5: feet elevated
level 4: standard
level 3: on your knees
level 2: on your thighs
level 1: against a wall
Give yourself 1 point for each pushup and multiply by the level you did it at. Record your score each day. Most improved between day 1 and day 7 wins for the week!
For example today I did 15 standard (15 x 4) + 34 knees (35 x 3) = 165
Week 7 Goal: 3500 + push ups
10/20 Day 1: 100 mins run / 15 mins / 1002 calorie burn + (100 x 3) = 300

****We will post the top 3 on Saturday. (THERE WILL BE A SPEiCAL THREAD JUST FOR THE TOP 3 EACH WEEK) That way if there is a clear winner you will have Saturday & Sunday to determine the challenge. Or if it is close, then the person who pushes more will know they made it. If you can't think of anything then we post it by Monday morning. This way in case you want to hit the gym early Mon with your workout you can.****

I didn't word that very well did I? I intended for people to stop at 50 unless they can't reach 50, in that case as many until they hit fatigue point.
