Oh no Carla hope your back feels better soon!!!!! Sorry about being MIA MOST of the week! Work was extremely busy this week but since Halloween is over next week I only work 4 days, yahoo! Everyone is doing a fantastic job this week! I was able to get up early for a run, . November I need to get back on track with everything!

Thanks Again Jackie for your help with Posting this challenge. I will MOST likely do these Tues./ Thurs. /Sat. FitnessBlender Has some Really good workouts. Anyone from group remember the thigh /booty one from a little while back? That was killer! If you have a butt/ thigh routine you prefer do that . Don't forget to stretch/cool down too. :)Tamara
