    Been on vacation so I no workout yet, but will start it today.
    Week 9 Goal: 3500 + workout

    10/27 Day 1: 467 (weight lifting, walking)
    10/28 Day 2: 572 (hiking)
    10/29 Day 3: 1191 (hiking)
    10/30 Day 4:
    10/31 Day 5: 482 (weight lifting)

    Oh no Carla hope your back feels better soon!!!!! Sorry about being MIA MOST of the week! Work was extremely busy this week but since Halloween is over next week I only work 4 days, yahoo! Everyone is doing a fantastic job this week! I was able to get up early for a run, :). November I need to get back on track with everything!

    Thanks Again Jackie for your help with Posting this challenge. I will MOST likely do these Tues./ Thurs. /Sat. FitnessBlender Has some Really good workouts. Anyone from group remember the thigh /booty one from a little while back? That was killer! If you have a butt/ thigh routine you prefer do that . Don't forget to stretch/cool down too. :)Tamara
