  • Yoga! Pilates! I am a huge fan of the stability ball. I do my stuff at home, too.... I do a ton of stability ball exercises, Pilates stuff with the stretchy bands, and am now adding in some yoga. Do the shred when mom's not at home LOL

  • I run Pedometer Pro while I am running my C25k app. Pedometer Pro tells me how far I've gone (distance), calories burned, and average speed. That's how I log my C25k....if you take a look at my diary, you can see how I log it.
