I don't get uneasy feeling...I first get muscle twitching then get extremely cold... Teeth chattering can't get warm to save my life and then get extremely tired and if I'm allow myself to fall asleep will sleep for 4 hours. It usually takes me a couple hours or so to stop shivering. But not uneasy.

I use to not drink plain water... Ever. But since beginning my weight loss journey I've cut out all soda (which was 90% of what I drank before) now, while I don't drink only water, I do drink coffee in the morning and teas in the evening... Wow! Amazing job! You are my new inspiration. I'm currently a size 22 with a 42 in waist... I have 140 pounds to lose before I am in a healthy BMI range and you did so great in just one year... Here's to hoping that I am so successful. Thank you!

I think plus size clothes are on average are bigger between the sizes. I remember when I started to lose weight I lost 45 pounds before I went from a US 24W to a US 22W. I am still in a 22W. Though tight in my hips still its way loose at my waist. Hopefully in another 20 lbs I'll be able to go down another size.

Over the course of my life I have sprained my left ankle 3 times my right ankle 5 times my right knee once and my left knee 3 times. I've also torn my left rotator cuff... To put it bluntly.... I'm clumsy. And no its not MS its Marfan Syndrome. :)

Try2again: Well no once I get where I want... 155 to 160 lbs I'll increase to 1300 to 1400 and then start increasing my exercise amounts. Right now I don't have time to do more than my 4 to 5 mile walks.

Well obviously I don't have any... So instead of will power I'm using discipline. I will not allow myself to waste calories on sugary "treats"... And I will walk my 5 miles every day despite the weather... Despite my ankles hurting and despite my leg hurting from falling Saturday. I am beyond determined to be successful…
