I drink 2 20oz cups every weekday morning and one on Sunday. If I sweeten with monkfruit I don't use cream. If I sweeten with cream I don't use sweetener. So either 2 packets of monkfruit or 4 tbs vanilla coconut milk creamer.

The class is 60 minutes. 3 minutes of warm up, 3 minutes cool down, 3 minutes stretching, 3 minutes on floor routine... So far it's consisted of pelvic bridges 10 lifts with the last one held for 10 seconds or (don't know the real names) your in all fours you lift one leg behind and above you 2 times then out to the side…

I'm confused... First you stare that the body's response is to slow down you down that it does nothing to allow you to eat more but then the next statement you say if eating the same and workouts increase its not good... So increase excercise but don't eat more followed by if you don't eat more when increasing exercise…

Yes I don't limit my sugars anymore... Ok well yeah I do but nowhere near as strictly as I use to. I was just curious about limits others used as I felt the NS progran was too strict in their limits.

That post excercise o2 consumption... Interesting idea... That maybe would explain my o2 saturations dropping below 95% afterwards... I did notice that but wasn't sure why as I wasn't short of breath or anything that would normally be present when I have a spell of desaturation. Also a good idea about a small snack between…

The 20 is just an arbitrary number because as I said I don't remember what number the website gave and I can no longer remember what website it was... Lost the bookmark with my old phone... It was higher than 20 but lower than 100 just don't remember what... 87 seems to stand out but I don't know. But I remember that it…

I have between 150 and 165 to lose. Started really working at it 2 weeks ago... So far with the increase in excercise I've gained 5 pounds... Not giving up though

No I wasn't trying to cut all sugar because that would mean you could only eat protein (and the fat it contained) just reduce the amount of sugar intake. Which is why I was asking what limits others who are cutting sugar out use. An old program I was on did the 3gram foods restriction which I realize is quite restricted...…

I've a question for all of you who have "cut sugar out" obviously that's not technically correct as you do still eat sugar may in a restricted manner. When you plan your sugar consumption do you count total grams per day or instead only eat foods with no more than "x" grams of sugar? I started cutting sugar by only eating…

Each class is 50 minutes. And only offered during the session I take. 95 % of the grooves class stay for the fit for life class that follows. The first day I only did the 1 class but everyone talked me into staying for the other and I enjoyed it so I kept staying. As for the muscle pain... It is achy at rest, sore when…

That's what I'm afraid of... I get nothing done on Saturdays as my classes are in the early morning... At least Tuesday and Thursday are evenings so I can go straight to bed after.

The HIIT style class follows the grooves class... After the dancing, weights, floor routines, and stretching done in grooves... The HIIT is a beginners class... We do all kinds of different things. Example one day we did 3 sets of 20 10 20 10... 20 seconds so 20 seconds running in place 10 rest then 20 doing squats and 10…

Pool excercise is a great way to reduce stress on your joints due to buoyancy yet give your muscles a workout due to the resistance of moving in water. Most exercises done outside of the water can be modified to be done in water... Walking, push-ups, pull ups, squats, crunches... I do all of these types of things in the…

My stuff hasn't been syncing for a couple months now. And for the past 3 weeks I cant join any challenges either.

It really varies from person to person. When I first started losing weight I started out in a size 24. After losing 65 pounds I was down one to a 22 but it was a loose 22. Tried to pull off a 20 but nope it was uncomfortably tight.

I have experienced the same thing as you. When trying to follow the NS system for eating... 30 to 60 minutes after eating my first meal I'd get hungry... Nausea followed by hour 3 and the pain by hour 4 once I eat it starts the cycle over again... Mornings were the worst for the pain because it was also the longest time…

Pictures. The mirror doesn't work for me because 1. If I'm depressed my mind sees the reflection as excessively more than what's really there which causes me to be negative to myself and disgusted with myself which then can worsen my depression. 2. If I'm not depressed I tend to see my reflection as being not as bad as it…

See this is why it's confusing... You weigh raw because water adds weight but not after cooking because cooking it removes water... *doh* For example: my frozen Indian food I love... The container states one serving 283g. Frozen it weighs around 300 to 310g thawed it weighs about the same and cooked it weighs around 280 to…

Omg! :D

I hope this works... If it does this is my pupper Breenah... She's 15 next month

I struggle with this too... For the most part I weigh foods before cooking though a few I weigh after... Same with frozen... Before or after thawed? Lol I usually do before but I don't know if that's always correct

For me... Before buying a scale and weighing my foods (sometimes still difficult for certain foods) I would measure foods and use the database info with my measured food serving in. I would report most days at 1200 to 1300 calories. After getting a scale I learned 2 things... 1. I was overestimating some foods (like peanut…
