I wish i had the answer to that one because I am really experiencing it now. I have been doing this for a year and I am very proud of the weight I lost but I need to stay motivated. I tried to change things up and read recipies for low cal and this message board but I am still distracted. Try a new gym or work out and…

I joined WW after being on MFP and losing 40+ just to stay motivated. I found that I really liked the meetings and felt a connection but I didnt like the point system, especially online. I find MFP is easier to track food and I'm not having to calculate everything as I shop. I think WW is great especially if you have a…

I can relate about getting motivated... it is a day to day chore trying to stay motivated. I was over 300lbs 5'3 and hating myself. All I could hear in my head was words a friend said in passing. Give anything 30 HONEST days of trying... anyone can do anything for 30 days. If it doesnt became a "habit" or change of…

You need to find your GFG in you stuff... you will love how handy it is. I hate to handle raw chicken and it is so easy to go from frozen to cooked if you use the tenderloins. I think if it was breast it may take a while to cook and could burn a little. Maybe others have more experience with this.
-
I love my GFG so much I bought a 2nd one too. I thought I was buying a larger but miss read the discription... now I have mine and my son's have theirs. lol. I cook chicken frozen to cook less than 10 min for tenderloins. easy to clean great little gril.
