  • What about if you weigh yourself weekly? Or bi monthly? I can't weigh myself everyday because I struggle with anorexia and weighing too frequently. But I really like the idea of setting a goal range. Thanks

  • Hmm not to be rude of anything but instead of blocking or not allowing them to use MFP how about you "friend" them and show them what a healthy diet looks like. Show them they can still lose the weigh healthily. I have eating issues. I never eat as much as I should. Working on it though. But honestly if I couldn't use MFP…
  • Add me!!! I have some eating issues ( I restrict extremely low ) and because of this I'm about 15 pounds underweight ): i desperately need to stop losing and work on maintaining and maybe eventually gain.
