Add me if you are working on maintaining your weight

I really need to start maintaining my weight because I'm already underweight, but I can't trust the maintenance calories. I keep thinking I will gain weight if I'm not losing. It would be nice and helpful to see what others are doing.

Hi! I am right there with you! What helps me is weighing myself daily. I do not freak about little highs, I just get right back on it. This allows me to lighten up or to loosen up depending on where I am. Weighing daily makes me feel in control and I can sort of "rest easy" knowing the weight will not sneak up on me. I give myself a 5 lb range, between 125 and 130.
I may be quite a bit older than you but, feel free to add me if you like!!0 -
I sent an invite. What I do now is log my weight daily but look at whether the weekly average is moving up or down and then still allow for a 4-5 pound range for the average. Also, keep upping your calories a little bit each couple weeks as long as you're not losing, more if you are so you can learn how much you eat on average and still lose. And if you didn't eat back exercise calories when you were losing, START!0
