  • Yeah I've certainly experienced this too. Foods that are too high in sugar taste really bad for me. I guess since I was cutting out as much added sugar as possible for my weight loss, when I ate a high-sugar food, my body said "nope. not gonna do." So yeah, I do know what its like. :smile:
  • Yes it can be part of a healthy diet as long as minimal sugar is added. Personally, I just add blueberries and a few banana slices for natural sweetness! :)
  • To me, it's basically eating foods that have been minimally processed and made with ingredients that are as close to their natural state as possible. No added sugars and absolutely no processed food and pre-packaged foods (with certain exceptions).:smile:
