I think you should eat more calories (around your TDEE) and do strenght training. You will lower your body percentage and become more toned. Weight fluctuates, and 1.8 lbs is not an abnormal amount at all. There's a lot of different causes (hormones, sodium, contipation,..) Don't worry about it, it's not fat.

No. Anorexia is a mental and behavioural disorder, not a body type. There are many people who struggle with EDs without being underweight.

I have horrible strech marks on my thighs, hips and boobs. Some have faded by using bio oil and Mama Bee Belly Butter. I don't even mind them that much, but I do want to prevent getting any more.
