NOt sure your goals are healthy at all..your daily caloric goal is 250 calories..your name "wishingandhopingforbones" and your goal weight is 95 you need to see a professional...0 -
well I am 152 in my profile pic...but I am at goal...wouldn't want to weigh 125lbs...that is way to slim for me....puts a woman of my stats as the low end of "normal" anything below that for a woman who is 5 ft 7...well that is considered underweight...
Thank you. I was reading these & starting to wonder if my sense of a healthy weight was crazy! Though I'm overweight now, I used to be in very good shape. True a lot of that was muscle, but I always weighed between 145 & 150 when I was in peak performance shape. I have never weighed less than 145, unless you count when I was a little kid. (I was finished growing by the time I was 11.) Good to know I'm not alone in thinking that is a good weight range for my height!0 -

I am 5 7" and currently 146.5 but I am just going to 140. When I was younger I weighed in the low 120 lb area, but I look good at 140 and it's well within my healthy BMI, so I am stopping there.
