5/17 = 66 Total carbs. All from oyster crackers. It was all that I could eat - stomach flu 5/18 = 63 Total carbs and 42 Net carbs. Under calorie goal. 8 glasses water. Still only ate what appealed to my stomach. Did the best that I could.

Thank you so much! The broth idea doesn't turn my stomach at all! I think can do that! I'll add veggies for some nutrition and it will hydrate in adddition! I really appreciate the advice!

5/16 - 33 Total Carbs, 20 Net Carbs, under all goals and drank 10 glasses of water.

5/15 - Total carbs = 27, Net carbs = 22, 12 glasses water. Over my calorie goal...I tried a new recipe for dessert because I was CRAVING something sweet. It blew me out of the water...it was good though.

Yesterday was not good. Spent most of the day between a urgent care and ER with a sick child. I ate like I shouldn't have but was leaning on the mercy of others for food. I hope I'm not kicked out... I am back on 100% today. It's been rough since Friday. I had over 100 carbs yesterday...

Day 5 - 47 total carbs, 34 net carbs, 12 glasses water and under my calorie goal! I got my Mother's Day dinner tonight - Ribeye and steamed broccoli & cauliflower with butter. So good! I got to celebrate and eat amazingly too! Can't beat that!

Thank you! I had a horrible panic attack and had a carpal spasm in my left hand due to hyperventilating. I couldn't move my thumb or fingers. My hubby thought I was having a stroke so, off to the ER we went! Thank goodness that's all it was!

I must tell you guys - today is day 4 for me and I have really enjoyed this challenge! I hate leaving my comfort zone and that is usually why I fail. I have LOVED this! My weigh days are Fridays. Day 1: 35 TOTAL carbs for the day. 22 NET carbs for the day. Under calorie goal and 12 glasses of water. Not bad for being at the hospital all day with my 3 kids for their quarterly pulmonologist appointment!
