Get the book EAT THIS AND NOT THAT, it gives alternatives to eat that arent so bad and even though I dont believe it is a real healthy option it is certainly better than the crap that you would normally eat and you can still get part of the group eating with…

the movie popcorn for me was always the toughest, now I just order small popcorn and share with my girlfriend. I still want more sometimes but thinking how I used to eat that huge tub makes me sick.
