Breakfast for dinner, love it. Sounds Yummers

It would have been awesome to fit in oven fries, but I made a banana smoothie to go with it and a snickers bar for later with coffee. All fit my calorie goal! I'm still eaten' this thing, Yum!

no, he'd eat my snickers bar

I'm really not all that impulsive, but I do over think buying something as a treat. Just yesterday I was considering getting a bag of baked lays 6 servings per bag at (I think 120 per serving) I picked it up, read the nutritional info, then picked up bbq (same calories), then the cheddar brand (same calories) then shook…

If that's you in the pic, where are you carrying it, your feet or muscle? I'm just impressed, you look great!

The same for me. Thai restaurants I've generally always enjoyed, but I could imagine the calorie count. I've made thai at home for reasonable cut in the calories, but to make it taste as good as the restaurant's I would need more of the good stuff that raises the calories. Peanut sauce, mmmm I could drink the stuff!

For some reason, I believe you

What do you do at the gym in 30 minutes to get that (or even close to) burn in 30 minutes? I busted it for 75 minutes walking 4 mph yesterday and even MFP's overestimated burns were 431.

Is it this one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M957dACQyfU

Into my 3rd week lifting (by Monday I will have completed 12 sessions in 3 weeks!) and lost another 2 lbs as of today. 11 Lbs down since Feb 16th! Feeling stronger, fitter, happier already. Learning that patience and persistance pays off

I'll take those, dang those sound YUM!

Coffee w/ skim milk, but a big turkey bacon, cheddar, sauteed mushrooms & onions,100% beef burger on an actual brioche bun, for "Drunch". Was worth the wait

It gets much easier and quite addicting for me. Now I crave the exercise and just introduced lifting 4x/week 1 hour 20 minute sessions. I love the way I feel after and focus on that good feeling it will give me. As for huffing and puffing, not so bad (in through my nose, out through my mouth). It's gotten much easier. Good…

I wish the app was for the laptop as well. I don't get this "weekly" feature on my laptop :bawling:

It's been almost 3 hours since I had this burger and i'm still full. Maybe the 10 oz of beef, 2 oz sharp cheddar and 1 Tbs full fat mayo did the trick! Took an hour to eat the thing. It got kinda cold, but the taste was still fantastic.

It gets easier with practice. I had a "homemade" turkey bacon, cheddar, sauteed mushrooms & onions,100% beef burger on an actual brioche bun! I saved the majority of my calories for this and it was worth it. I haven't had real beef and real cheddar in ages, too pricey ha ha. I was under my calorie goal and totally…

I have read from other posts that to eat back 25, 50 to 75% due to overestimated burns. Sometimes I eat back 1/2 or less. Been working good so far. Good Luck. Edit to add: I'm set to "sedentary" at 1200/day (was at 1420/day, just experimenting till I find my sweet number  ). I add my exercise throughout the day,…
