Does anyone know why? (SF jello calorie differences)
The great value (Walmart) sugar free peach jello is less calories than the strawberry? A serving 1/2 cup of the peach (SF) jello is 5 calories, whereas the (SF) Strawberry is 10 calories.

how to stop garmin connect from updating myfitnesspal?
I purchased vivofit 2 days ago. I am returning it tomorrow. I had fun trying it out, but find it daunting. I am doing fine without it. I don't see the benefit of spending the money for it. Anyway I uninstalled it but it is still adding the adjustment to my exercise diary. Would anyone here know how I can disable this?

Curious what others burn for walking at speeds of 3.5 to 4 + mph
I don't have an activity tracker and only count with 1/2 my exercise calories (the majority of the time), but am trying to get a basic idea of the burns others get. Those with fitbits, pacers, polar... etc I am getting faster (walking just over 4 mph). Just want to compare my progress for even more inspiration :smiley:
