That looks good! I didn't take any pictures. We were on the road all day, coming home from vacation. For lunch I had a turkey and swiss on wheat and for dinner I'm having pierogies - those were traditional on my father's side of the family. I meant to make kielbasa and boiled eggs too but it was just too hard, coming home so late in the afternoon and having to unpack. For dessert I'm having part of my white chocolate bunny. :)

Breakfast was cereal because I'm lazy

    Lunch was turkey caesar salad

For dinner I made oven 'fried' turkey breasts with artichokes (I had also make oven sweet potato fries but I forgot about them so...) We ended up having a side of whole wheat bread with laughing cow cheese spread.

Not very Eastery but we sort of had some chocolate to even that out

I just missed the chocolate this Easter, but I will fit it in sometime next week! Sounds like a yummy day!

Fried eggs, bacon and coffee (both black and with cream) for breakfast. Ham and turnip/carrots mashed with butter and salt/pepper for dinner. I also made mashed potatoes and crusty rolls, which the other 5 members of my household ate in addition. Coffee with cream post-dinner.
