It would have been awesome to fit in oven fries, but I made a banana smoothie to go with it and a snickers bar for later with coffee. All fit my calorie goal! I'm still eaten' this thing, Yum!

It was great. I just finished it. It came to 992 calories, but I saved up for it, the smoothie and my snickers for later. Also worked out almost two hours before  10 oz real beef. I get a 3 ounce one tomorrow. That's all that's left now.

I'm writing these ideas down for next month. I love curry, but never had red curry lentils. I love lentils too. I have a few bags of them (dried) and I need to use them sometime

Your making me think im gonna change dinner plans for tomorrow. I have a can of chick peas (no tahini though :weary: ), pita bread, that little bit of left over beef and tomatoes, I may do that myself tomorrow. Hummus needs tahini but I will figure it out. That sounds way good
I'm so stuffed right now from that burger. I'm glad I worked out first.

Second half of the dish I made this morning: broccoli florets, cauliflower, black beans, Trader Joe's frozen mashed potato pieces, morning star farms grillers crumbles, a little Smart Balance light, egg whites and an egg. I do this all the time on the weekends. Yummy for me!
