how to stop garmin connect from updating myfitnesspal?

I purchased vivofit 2 days ago. I am returning it tomorrow. I had fun trying it out, but find it daunting. I am doing fine without it. I don't see the benefit of spending the money for it. Anyway I uninstalled it but it is still adding the adjustment to my exercise diary. Would anyone here know how I can disable this?

    have you tried unlinking them from the MFP website?

    I looked at my dashboard and could not find where to do it, but I figure by tomorrow there will be no calories to adjust, because I wont be using the device. Just inconvenienced for the night. Thank you :smile:
