  • I loveee chocolate. As in I could have it everyday. So I just have it in moderation. (3 kisses a day?) You could also have a cheat meal every week. I've tried that too. It helps... but I don't know how it affects weight loss. :/

  • Yes i can understand what you might be going through. I was in a similar situation. Someone advised me to change my exercise routine. Or you could try to add some classes to your week like Zumba. Sometimes the body gets used to the routine. Feel free to add me :)
