Wow! I wish I was trying to gain weight lol. But anyway. I know that you dont like supplements... maybe protein shake? increase amounts of protein? Maybe have a protein shake at least after your workout. Good luck with everything! Feel free to add me for support :)

If you have an iphone you can download "Nike Trainer" app (Its free). It has a lot of workouts that are 15, 30, 45 minutes long. http://www.nike.com/nikewomen/features/ntc?locale=en_US I use it all the time. Its a kicker! Good Luck on your job and all else.

I agree! Ive been there too. I enjoy my food and then spend the rest of the day regretting it. Now, I just imagine myself after I have eaten chocolate. Every time you have the urge to eat chocolates or sweets just remind yourself about how you feel after you're done eating it. You can also have a small amount of sweets.…
