iv lost 17 lb and haven't seen no changes but other people say ''uve lost weight'' but i dont see nothing?

my brother went on a NO carb diet and eat plain chicken for like 1-3weeks and the first few days he was going very light headed and dizzy but it went after a few days because his body adjusted to it, and he lost like 2 stone and most of it off his bum and hips if i could do it i would ha!

2 years and i wasnt even with the guy i was just going to see him now and then and just ended up stoppin he went to see other girls so i left it, an no one else has approached me really and when they do ask me out i say yes but dont because i have no confidence ://////

WOW i want to be like all you's iv lost 5 lb in like over 2 weeks but im scared i feel like im going to stop looseing weight and i dont want to i also dont see a diffrence in looks yet :/

i think of it as looseing weight and being slim and sexy and yeah when iv lost more weight i want to loose more and more but i would have never been able to do it without MFP loveee it and hopfully it will change my life, ii try my hardest to eat healthy but i dont like veggies i also keep my calories around 1200 and try…

okay.. people are tellin me to up my calories people are saying 1200 is fine! iv up my calories too 1390 and i eat southern fried chicken on wrap and stuf i dont like veggies but i eat apples so am i doing it right? with 1390 calories or should i go back to 1200? hmm..

i have edited my fitness pal exercise its still saying eat 1200 calories skinny people eat like 600 calories how are they skinny i just dont get all this haha i reaaaaly want to loose weight i want to be slim this time next year i have put my food diary open to everyone..
