  • It's not just red or yellow dye! Get rid of 7 synthetic food dyes. There is a great support group I belong to called the Feingold Assoc. www.feingold.org. There's also a good yahoo group http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Feingold-Program4us/ Check them out.

  • We've used it for many years. Go for it. You'll be so glad. Join the support group--Feingold Association so that you do it right. There is also a good Yahoo group, but membership in the FA is very important.

  • Our sons have been raised on the Feingold diet. Give a try but be sure to do it right. Join the support group so you have all the right info and know which products to purchase. It is very important. The group has a good website www.feingold.org and there is a good Yahoo group too.
