@AB0215 Sorry, starting a new month is always a bit wonky for me. October 1 was the first Friday in October so I counted it as Week 1. I guess it should have been the last weigh in of September. Should my Week 1 be this Friday, 10/8?

The holiday was a challenge. I didn't do great but I didn't over indulge either. Dinner was one baby back rib, 1/2 C green beans, 1/2 C low carb coleslaw (no sugar) and 1 glass of Cabernet Sauvignon for dinner. I really want to end September under 150.

I joined an exercise group and we get together for 30 minutes every morning (7:00 - 7:30 am). I hope this helps to move the needle.

Just got back from a long July 4th weekend. Tried to watch what I ate but with eating out for several days, still put on 1.6 lbs. A little disappointing. I have not quite mastered how to stay on plan AND enjoy a weekend away. The rest of this week is all about tracking and water intake.
