Am not gonna lie, as much as I wanna keep going, I keep getting knee pain doing this workout and gave up due to that and not having easy access to the workout. Wishing the rest of you best of luck.

Am not sure how to post a picture up here. Weigh in today @ 131.4. my goal is to tone my belly and my arm. Hopefully this program helps with that. Since my journey, I have lost total of 18 Lbs. I know you can. Keep your head in the game gal. You've got this.
