Lol thanks. I'm in it for the long run, finally got tired of not committing so I'm making sure to push myself. Lvl one is way easier now, besides the weight lift sideway lunges...lol but I'm working on it.
I did take a personal photo and also took my measurements..lol can't wait to see the results *crosses fingers*1 -

I usually give up on Day 7😕 I have a rotator cuff tear which makes some moves difficult and painful. I skipped today, did gardening instead. Tonorrow is a brand new day, right?😊0 -
Am not gonna lie, as much as I wanna keep going, I keep getting knee pain doing this workout and gave up due to that and not having easy access to the workout. Wishing the rest of you best of luck.0

Yes for sure, some days I don’t even do it if I’m not feeling it , my daughter passed away in Jan so some days are not good for me @metubal @Yemostica no problem0
