What is working for me is when I learned what MY body naturally burned just to maintain itself. Depending what your size is...The initial weight loss for a larger person is hard to tell, it will take a little time to notice it physically, but you can tell by your clothes and undies that you are in fact losing weight....it's normal keep it up they/you will start to notice

I agree w/ what everyone said try to limit processed foods and eating out...I am also watching my sodium content for HBP I try to stay under 1500 mg/day...I noticed since starting MFP that a lot of my sodium is coming from the add on ingredients I use w/ my meals especially cheese... I love Cheese and cheese is very high…

Everyone gave excellent recommendations: I tried Bolthouse; Annies Naturals Balsamic (55mg sodium); Bragg Healthy Vinaigrette (60 mg sodium)...and sometimes If I want the taste of a regular salad dressing I just use 1 Tbsp to cut back on the sodium and use red wine vinegar

I just enable the calorie adjustment and it changed some things not sure whats going on? still confused I guess I will have to take time to figure it out thanks

Oven or pan roast them w/ a little olive oil and seasonings of your choice...when done squeeze fresh lemon juice...then sprinkle w/ a little parmesan cheese...done!!
