For the last couple of days it keep losing the signal...I called Polar they said to wash the strap w/ mild soap then let air dry (They said the strap picks up debris and sweat...etc)...I did that yesterday and today I had no problem...help that helps

Kinda creepy to see veins in my arms and hands, and having a hard time shaving under my arms...I keep missing spaces, I guess I have armpits now...lol !!!

I mix pesto sauce, tuna or salmon, and artichoke hearts that come in a jar...delicious

I'm apple shaped...so some pants fit me funny...tight in the waist, but big in the leg part..lol; I'm 6'0 at my biggest 332 I was size 24...now at 261 I'm a 18-20 depending on the store

Your right...I gain weight in my stomach first fast...lol, so probably will be the last to go; I tried spaghetti squash...didn't like it, I think I may have prepared it wrong...I wasn't a fan:(

Okay thanks everyone...I didn't want to give up certain foods that sound unrealistic...I will continue on CICO...I think it is genetics as most of the women in my family is apple shaped...lol

I know it works for me...that's why I was like what??? I guess the purpose of the article was to tell people to not only count calories but also pay attention to the nutritional content of their food...Hey to each it's own. Whatever works for you...lol!!

At 6'0...the highest two yrs ago was 332 lbs (Shocked and in disbelief)..lost 60, gained 30..before MFP lost 10...when I started MFP in July 2014 weighed 300 lbs...now 270 and counting......

I know you said tuna and brand bumblebee...but if you like canned salmon, they have no salt added canned salmon at Trader Joes...I believe the sodium is 60mg and Chicken of the Sea canned tuna has a reduced sodium I believe 90 mg...as I am watching my sodium also?

Yes you can create a meatball recipe under "create a new receipe" and add all your ingredients you use...then it is always saved for the future :)
