Focus on calories burn or duration?
Right now I do about 45-60 min a day walking aerobics burning about 330-430 in calories per session. Should I just be concerned w/ the duration of getting my heart rate up for at least 30 min and not care about the calories burned during that time? Fitbit Zip
I'm not sure how to use the Fitbit Zip w/ MFP...it synced the info into MFP but did not put the calories burned in?? According to Fitbit I burned 762 calories...for the same duration in MFP it says I burned 486 calories...confused on which one to go by...and not sure why the 762 Fitbit calorie did not show up in MFP…

HBP (High Blood Pressure) and strength training

Eating Bread
If I stay within my calorie limit for the day, do you think it is a good idea to eat bread ONCE a day everyday or at least 4 times a wk. I have found a wheat hamburger bun that is 80 calories.
