Adding Pictures...Confused???

I know this has been asked 1000 times, but how do you add pictures from your phone to share....I have Flickr? If you know can you walk me step by step...I am sooo confused...Thanks:explode:

    I'm not a phone, but if I post from my PC a picture on the forum, I just do this...

    put lower case img in brackets then the URL then close bracket back slash img ....Places like photobucket, and maybe Flickr (don't use that so not 100% sure about Flickr) give the link to use that you put between the img brackets.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong in Flickr....In Flickr, I click on share, then copy url
