Focus on calories burn or duration?

Right now I do about 45-60 min a day walking aerobics burning about 330-430 in calories per session. Should I just be concerned w/ the duration of getting my heart rate up for at least 30 min and not care about the calories burned during that time? What if I work out for 30 min but only burn 160 calories, that's low but the heart rate was up for at least 30 min...hope this makes sense...Thanks!!

You can do what you want. I've noticed for myself that it helps to set goals. Try to go a little further, a little faster, a little longer....shoot for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, quicker 40 yard dash, quicker mile....
The idea is to find fitness activities that you like to do to keep you from slipping back into a sedentary lifestyle.0 -
Thank you so much0
