Congratulations! So proud :)

I do one intense 45 minute workout a day and I don't stop. I have heard of those who do, I just prefer not to.

Nope. My BMI and weight are both in the healthy range but I still notice things that can be slimmed and toned. As long as you STAY within a healthy range, I don't see a problem.

I love this!! Thanks for posting!

Ok, so I decided to upload early. Here are front and side views (not sure if these will work so be patient with me :) Aaaaand I have no idea what I'm doing. I uploaded to Photobucket...bad idea? Nevermind...figured it out! Sorry that the pics are so big!

Your bikini is adorable! Love the colors! And you look great!

I wanna do this! I'm going to the beach in a few hours so once I hop into my swimsuit I'll snap a picture and upload it tomorrow :)

I've been doing this since I was a child. My mom told me about it, I don't think for the purpose of looking thin because I was very waify as a child. But I knew she did it and she said it makes your tummy strong. Needless to say, I've had a flat stomach even into adulthood. Now, my hips are another story. However, I don't…

I may actually invest the money in it. I especially love that it tracks your sleep cycle! I suffer from insomnia and would love something like that.
-
It looks really neat!

I cycle to eat chocolate! Chocolate cake sounds divine right about now! I indulged in some super fattening homemade coffee cake today (only half a piece). I still felt guilty about it, but once I start my five x's a week cycling workout, I should start feeling a bit better about allowing myself something sweet.

Thanks everyone! The pain was reduced a ton this go around. I think I still have to get used to it though. Sucks that I'm getting surgery next week and will be out of the gym for a week or so. Guess i'll have to start from scratch again. Booo!

I'm the opposite, short torso and long legs. It's so awkward for me when clothes shopping. Nothing fits right!
-
I'm 5'5 1/2 too! I can't exactly say I'm 5'5 because I'm not, and I'm not 5'6 either, so it puts me in a little bit of a pickle! I'm 132 right now, but have a small frame. It's too much weight for me. So I'm looking to get down to 120 or maybe even 115ish if all goes well. 5'5ers unite!
-
So much wonderful encouragement here. I love it :)
-
They sound great! I'll have to stop at Trader Joe's and pick some up.
-
I saw Hungry Girl do this! Great idea.

Thank you everyone. I am going to eat the Peep. As you can see from my food diary today, I have done quite well, and will have sufficient calories left for my eggplant parmesan dinner tonight :)
-
Thank you! And I can tell you right now, they are INCREDIBLE! If you like Peeps, that is. Nomnom.
-
That's how I feel as well. My diet is very low fat, carbs in moderation, and very little sweets. So I really shouldn't feel guilty about anything
-

Oh yes, they make chocolate covered Peeps now and they are DIVINE! And thank you for the support everyone. I'm not prone to binge though and am usually very good with self control. So I don't think it would trigger anything out of the ordinary for me.
-
How about some mini pretzels or some chopped up veggies? I usually just allow myself a normal snack when I go. I'll eat a few pieces of licorice, a taffy or even a small soda. I'm not big on snacking at the movies but sometimes I just get in the mood.

My food scale is a blessing. I don' t know how I'd ever measure meats and pastas without it!
-
I think there are just some of us who have naturally large boobs and they're not going to shrink no matter how much weight we lose. I'm at a healthy weight of 132 lbs, just about 5'6 inches tall, and my boobs are a DD. Those puppies aren't shrinking for anything. Now, one of my close friends had a C cup at one point…
-
I have very light periods too which is why I find the weight gain so strange. But I'm only human I suppose! I actually went down a few ounces after breakfast but I'm sure it'll go up again. I'm just going to put the scale away until next week. It takes more willpower to stay off the scale than to get on it!
-
Oh how I envy you!

I have a friend who is extremely overweight. He always complains that he does 25 mins a night on the treadmill and it doesn't make any difference. It's because his diet is so bad. In my case, I can't exercise because of an injury and I have to rely on a healthy diet. I think they both rely on one another, but I feel that…
-
I'm definitely avoiding the scale until this time next week. I was SO bummed when I saw the increase this morning because yesterday morning I was almost down to 131. I was complaining to my mother and then she mentioned that I'm going to get my period tomorrow and it all made sense.

HAHAHA yes, I'm gonna stick to that theory!
