My go-to recipe is similar to the one posted before me: 1/2 Frozen banana - (if you see ripe bananas on sale- stock up, and freeze them- they make your smoothies ice-cream-like!) 1 Tbsp pnut butter 1/2 cup almond milk (or reg. milk- almond milk has less cals) 2 ice cubes 3 dashes of cinnamon This recipe cures me of my…

It's hard to say where you should start. It of course depends on what you like to eat. To prep for a few days in advance this is what I do, I hope this advice can be helpful. I cook off 8 chicken breasts- simple roasted in the oven with salt and pepper. (or other proteins- like fish, I intend to have a salad with and don't…

I love fish! Yellow fin Tuna steaks. (I love Orcabay brand- they come frozen pre-packaged) and are sustainable! They also have same protein as chicken breast but less calories (also lower in fat and cholesterol than chicken.)

You're doing a great job! My advice on the "food" part is to be sure to include protein in every meal and snack. For example, if you are having an apple, add a Tablespoon of Pnut butter. Add additional egg whites to your morning scrambled eggs- adds protein, but not fat and very few cals. You're doing great, keep it up!

I've completed day 12!! I am loving it and I already have results- clothes are fitting better and I'm down 4 lbs. The soreness on my calves and butt have gone away. Just trying to keep up with the diet- it's a challenge to meet my protein requirements. Will be buying shakeology soon. Anyone have a prefer a specific flavor?…

My calves are hurting me more than any other muscle. It's strange, I never have sore calves. Hopefully the soreness will go away in a week or so. Keep it up!

Way to stick with it! only 50 more days for you to go! Are you noticing more energy? I am feeling great and it's only been 4 days!

I completed day 3 yesterday- onto day 4 today. I'm feeling great! I'm not able to do all of the workout- I am doing some modifications. I just keep moving. I still end up drenched in sweat and sore. Are you following the diet? I'm using it as a guideline. Some days I work long hours that don't allow for me to eat exactly…

Just started-- today 10/14 is my day 1! I'm looking for some accountability too and support. It's my first time doing insanity. My goal is to lost 15 lbs in the 60 days. Long term I'd like to lose 40- thought this would give me a jump start. I'm also sorta new to fitnesspal-- can we start a "group"?
