Although I've had a tough 2 weeks getting on track and getting my workouts in...I tried to eat right and lost another pound. 4 down...more to go.

Thank you so much. I've tried to workout in the evening too and it just doesn't work, my mind and body are so tired at the end of the day that I just can't find it in myself. I am worth it and my son needs me to be healthy...even if I wake up and walk on the treadmill while I sleep it will be better than nothing at all.…

I've had the same problem. My son leaves for the entire summer to visit his dad in Alaska. When he's gone I do great eating, exercise, logging my meals because it's easy to find the time and it keeps me occupied until his return. He has been home for 2 weeks and is back in school...3rd grade...so it's back to homework,…

My son came home on Monday after being at his dads house for 8 weeks, so, I've been on leave from work all week trying to cram a summer into 7 days. We've been having fun at the pool, park and school shopping. I didn't lose any weight, but, I didn't gain either. I haven't tracked my food or exercise all week but I did work…

I've been out of town for a few days without internet access. I did stay active and tried to eat well. Ready to get back on track for the week.
-
Only lost 1 lb this week. Today is my cheat day and I have 8 miles to run tomorrow for my half marathon training.
-
I finished Wednesdays challenge but didn't drink all the water...I had 15 cups.
-
I didn't get to Monday's challenge so today's challenge will be double the fun.
-
Completed Sundays challenge. Did you know you can burn over 1,000 calories walking around an amusement park all day at a very slow pace? I packed a healthy lunch, dinner and snack and still got to eat a funnel cake and stayed under my calories.
-
I completed all of the challenges this week. I'm hoping for weight loss in week 3 since I didn't loose anything this week.
-
Completed Thursdays challenge and weighed in this morning...still sitting at 147 so I didn't lose anything this week. I was a little bummed out because as of Wednesday I lost 1.5 lbs and I ate everything healthy and all from home since last weigh in. I guess it goes to show how much that stupid scale can change day to day.
-
Completed Wednesdays challenge. I should be under my calories for Thursday but can't go 500 under because I'm training for a half marathon...other than that I'll meet the challenge.
-
Met Tuesdays challenge and I'm down 1.5 lbs on hump day...hope to see 2 lbs at weigh in on Friday. Keep up the great work everyone.
-
I did the jumping jacks and had my dinner by 7 but only got about 12 cups of water in. Great job everyone!!!

Why don't you post this nonsense to your Facebook page and act like a child there. This site is to support each other in weight loss and fitness goals. If you don't like the video, find something else to do instead of complaining about the instructor. Really???

I completed Fridays challenge and weighed in. For the first time in a long time I didn't get any terrible cravings this week and I truly stayed on track. I don't know if it's this challenge and everyone's encouragement but I'm happy either way. Keep up the hard work everyone.
-
TGIF!!! I lost 2 pounds since last Friday, I met all but one challenge this week and I look forward to another great week. Keep up the great work everyone.

I only burned 225 calories Wednesday, but, I drank the water and was under my calorie goal. I got on the scale this morning and lost 2 pounds since last week so I know I'm making progress. Thank you everyone for the support and keeping me honest.

Cravings normally only last in the mind for about 15 minutes. I have the same problem so the first thing I do is have a piece of sugar free gum, have a glass of water and move away from wherever I'm at when the craving comes...if I'm on the couch, I go outside, if I'm in my office I walk down the hallway and walk a flight…

I only got 6 hours of sleep and didn't get to try a new recipe. I plan on trying upinthecosmos mexican chicken foil wraps tonight...they sound super easy.

I'm normally over too. Women normally have a harder time with this than men because of our muscle mass...we don't need as much protein. Protein is good for you, but, not too much. A great balance between the carbs, protein and calories will help you reach your goal.

I met the challenge for Monday, 30 minutes exercise, posted recipe and drank plenty of water. I"m looking forward to trying a new meal at home tonight.

Very easy summer recipe...enjoy! Sausage-and-Pepper SkewersIngredients • 1 cup couscous • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), cut into chunks • 1 (12-ounce) package chicken sausage (preferably garlic-flavored), cut into 1-inch pieces • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks • 1 cup cherry tomatoes • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin…

Finished the challenge for Sunday to include drinking the water...and it's only 0900 on the East Coast. I'm training for a half marathon so I had to run 6 miles today in this humidity. I used the push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks as my warm up. This group is a great way to stay motivated because I feel like everyone is…
-
Did the 20 push-up challenge and drank plenty of water. Volunteered at an air show today in this horrible heat so I'm sure I'll drink 10 more cups by bed time.
-
I was under my calorie goal, but, by too much. It wass so hot here I didn't feel like eating and I drank a ton of water...definitely met the goal.

I'm in, thank you. My current weight is 149 and my goal is 125.
