Don't worry about your friends reaction. You did a very nice thing, just think of the calories you burned trapping the cat in the first place:) If you can do it, just have a very small bowl while reading all these positive responses. Good Luck!

I am right there with you (except for the obsessive about exercise part). I gave up FB totally for lent and am making sure I don't stay on MFP for more than 15 minutes. It's like with food--too much of anything is not good for you.

Definitely. Except for chocolate. But I am hoping that if I stay away from it long enough I won't be able to tolerate the same quantity as before.

What about eating after dinner? I end up working out later (7pm) then I am under by 100-200 calories. Is a 100-150 calorie snack around 9 pm an issue in this situation?

Sometimes I think the stress of not losing what you would like can get in the way (plus stress makes you want what you shouldn't have). Just remember that you are making yourself healthier for yourself and your family.

Thin mints, of course. I worked out tonight just so that I could have some! My plan is to send them in the kids lunches every day to get rid of them quicker and decrease my temptation.

Thank you everyone! I am losing weight and actually staying below my calorie allowance. I will look at my goals and maybe tweek them.
