  • today was an absolute crap day/tired of dealing with everything all by myself. makes me depressed so I didn't even feel like eating today. I had cookies for lunch and cake for supper. no nutrition anywhere just empty calories. I am going to wallow in self pity some more and I will do better tomorrow.
