Hi there Yeah I would give up being fat too, it sucks. You can lose 10 pounds in a month, but it is not easy. http://www.coachcalorie.com/how-to-lose-10-pounds-in-a-month/ I think the Coach can explane it better than me. Have a great day! :)

It's really all attitude! If you want to be up and do your workout then you will not feel it's a burden. For me it's making sure I get enough sleep. I'm up at 4 have a couple egg whites and in the pool by 5, not sure I would want to lift weights or run at that time, then to work by 6- 6:15.

I am 55, welcome and congratulations on your weight loss. I am trying to get back into it again, so although I have been here almost a year, it never ends.

Set a goal for a race date and work toward that. Try and find a buddy to run with. You could try to find a running club or group to train with. Good Luck, running is great!

You are going to do great! and your friends are here to support you. Now go out there and be the biggest loser you can be. hahaha

Hello from California, good luck. I know you can do it.

Your doing great! We all have to start someplace and if you are not in shape enough to walk for a half hour to an hour daily then you can do more damage than good. listen to your body and keep going. There is nothing wrong with building your time up when if feels right.

If regular walking is too much, try walking in a swimming pool. I do it for my knee. Good luck and Congratulations!

Hello, Welcome to the world of running. I did about the same thing 2 years ago, started walking on the track and then signed up for a 5K (3.1 Miles) then did a Half Marathon. You should try a race and see if you like it. hehe congratulations on your accomplishment! Keep going!

We all hit bumps in the road. I have done it lots of times. Just have to start over. You can do it. Clean out the fridge and shelves of not so healthy food and go to the gym. What is your new goal? Find something to shoot for and a time frame to do it in. you'll be fine.

Stay Consistent, in nutrition and exercise, even if you slip up a day, be back at it the next. Repeatedly doing it will reinforce your doing it right. Good Luck!! :)

Hello :) I lost 100+ pounds in about a year. I was so heavy my scales wouldn't resister. But I think you have to do exercise and eat properly. I started at the Gym lifting weights for 30 min a day, riding a bike for 20 - 30. I started eating lean meats, chicken, turkey or fish, brown rice and green veggies. I had eggs or…
