I keep them because they motivate me. They remind me of the size I never want to be again. I'm a size 31 and all my clothes are 32 and 34.

If I had friends to go on road cycling with, I would in a minute. But I want to go with a friend. lol I bet that could be so much fun!

I will be 29 at the end of the month and I want to be down to 150 when I turn 30 next year. I weigh in 174 right now. In my 20s, I was always 240-260 and I hated it. I am totally there with you and I would love to do my best to help you on your journey. We are both in the same boat when it comes to the age issue.

It's really amazing how a lot of you have the ability to post pictures of yourselves. I am not satisfied with my weight right now. I am a working in process. I am working on building my confidence and I am a lot more confident in myself than I used to be. Back in the day, I would point out all my flaws and never…

If you're a night eater, then take one of your early meals out of the day and put it at night. Eat something light. Eat a lot of vegetables. Do you workout at night too? If I eat at 8 or 9pm, I am out running 3 miles at 10pm. You just have to find foods tasty, healthier, and lighter to eat at night.

I miss cycling! We are talking about cycling on the spin bike, right? I used to go to a spin class twice a day for 5 days a week and it was an hour each. I burned 1600 calories in 1 class! I was so happy with the results and my legs are not only got toned up skinny from it. I know when I go to the hotel I stay at, I always…

I try to run as fast as I can and I'm absolutely drenched in sweat when I am finished. I try to do it 3 to 4 times a day, but they are redoing the street so I haven't been doing it as much. It looks like I just jumped in the lake and came home that's how sweaty I get.

LadyMeg, don't give up. You can do it again. I do want to give you a pointer because I experienced the same thing. Did you go back to your original eating habits after you lost the 25 pounds? Did you stop working out completely? The thing about "diets" is they are temporarily. You need to make a lifestyle change. Until I…

I am constantly snacking throughout the day, so I don't get hungry. I snack on celery sticks, carrot sticks, and teaspoons of peanut butter. I don't eat peanut butter as much as I eat celery and carrots because of the calorie intake, but I also will eat a banana a day. Sometimes, one day a week or once every 2 weeks, I…

The mental preparation is so hard. Back when I first started to lose weight in June 2013, it was so easy to go out there and exercise, but until I got my depression under wrap and taken care of, I wasn't changing my entire mindset. I was still eating comfort foods. It wasn't until I started figuring out what was truly…

Keep in mind of the goal and when you feel like giving up, listen to the voice in your head that is telling you to never quit. Like for example, I watch the Biggest Loser and I swear I always hear Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels yelling at me and telling me to not give up. :)

I love running in the heat because it makes me sweat even more. The only thing I can say is find music that drives you or that outfit you want to fit in. I look at myself in the mirror naked and it gives me the motivation to run. However, stay hydrated if you run in the heat.

A support system is why I'm here. I try to do my best to motivate you. But first don't look at 80 as a whole. Break it down to obtainable goals like 10 pounds. 10 looks a lot easier than 80 right?

When I camp, I love burgers, but without the bun. Wrap it in lettuce or eat it by itself. That way you can put anything on it and cheese. I usually stay away from hotdogs because 1 hot dog has 950 miligrams of sodium. I hate turkey dogs. Lol
