Oh, for the cals I log it as circuit training general. Everyones cals are going to be different based on height and weight though.

I am on my 7th day of level 2 and I find level 2 WAY harder than 1! Those planks are killer. You people that think 2 is easier are crazy ha ha I am seeing a HUGE HUGE difference in my body though. My stomach has shrunk big time and my back fat is going away. All my clothes fit way better. I honestly have not had the scale…

Yeah, when I was there they certainly did not push processed foods. I mean they have their products on the back table, but it was not a 30min sales pitch by any means. And with the points plus they REALLY push for you to eat lots of fruits and veggies (Since they are "free") and get in your good healthy goals, which is a…

I would just make sure you eat back at least SOME of your exercise cals! I have seen HUGE results with the 30DS! I am going to Hawaii in July as well, what island are you going to?

WW is really great, but it just wasn't right for me. I prefer MFP. But everyone has different preferences! There was certainly nothing BAD about the program at all, and the support from the meetings was actually the best part for me. I wish we could have MFP meetings ;) The points system was just a little complicated, MFP…

I totally understand! I actually had a donut this morning because they were just out sitting there, but I logged it and had the room today (thank goodness!). So if you really want one and have the cals, go for it. Just make sure it is worth it to you! (Or maybe cut one in half?)

Sorry, you didn't call it crazy, you called it nuts. "There are a lot of people that do measure everything. Personally, I don't. Never have, never will. There are many visuals that you can use to get really close to the exact ounce. A deck of cards, the size of your fist....etc. I personally think its nuts and not needed.…

I log it as circuit training :)

I am not going to log while on vacation, but I am not going to go completely crazy either ;) We are going to Hawaii, and we are very active vacationers, so I wont be lounging around much lol Historically, I have actually lost weight on vacation because I am much less likely to snack since we are so busy doing things. No…

I use EVOO for a lot of things, and just record the cals. Tonight for dinner I am making chicken, and I always cook it with EVOO, tastes great and it is a healthy fat, which is a good thing to have in your diet.

I am on about day 17 and LOVING it. I can see huge changes in my body! It is hard, and level 2 is still thouroughly kicking my *kitten*, but it is totally worth it :)
-
Well, you probably shouldn't call people crazy for doing things that work for them. Just a suggestion.

Obviously. I never said I thought what i ate out is the exact same as what I eat at home. But knowing what a cup looks like, and knowing what 4ozs looks like helps me to eat the correct amounts of foods when I am out instead of eating an entire plate of crap. Hey, if not measuring works for people, great. Everyone needs to…

I usually cook 2 meals on Sunday, each of which is good for 2 nights. Then I usually have a couple "easy meals" the other nights. Some of my favorites are on www.skinnytaste.com. The spinach lasagna rolls, sloppy joes, chili, santa fe chicken and speghetti bolognase are to.die.for.
-
Uh, no. Measuring and weighing at home makes it so that you learn what portions are correct so that you CAN accurately eyeball things when you are out and about.
-
I don't measure EVERYTHING, but I do weight certain things (especially meats). I also use measuring cups for portions. Portion control is a huge struggle for me, so weighing and measuring is very important to me, personally.

I have afew mini goals to my ultimate goal (all in my sig). Ultimately I would like to be around 155lbs, but we will see as I get closer. I might be happy with a few more or a few less pounds :)
-
I drink 1 diet soda a day (with lunch). People that don't like it can suck it ;)

I am a full-time student (and work full time as well), and what has worked for me is getting up 30 min earlier in the morning and doing a 20min workout before I head to work. I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred, which is really great. I do not have a lot of time in the evenings, but I have found that I can get that 20min…

My intake is set at 1500, but with exercise I just make sure I at least net 1200. So, somewhere between 1200 and 1500 :) I too lost quicker on WW, but I find that MFP is more doable for me. I am not as hungry and less likely to binge. I would rather lose a bit slower and keep it off!
-
I don't eat all of mine back, but I just try to net 1200 cals (my daily MFP goal is 1500). Although some days I do eat them all ;)
-
Thank you all soo much! This is a lot of info to digest lol I am going to try the stretches and exercises (I do stretch, but not all these particular ones). I also think I might get an eval from a Physical Therapist. I think I run fine, but I could have horrible form and not even know it. I did have a basic work-up done…

If I like it I am totally doing the subscribe and save. I do that on so many things and LOVE it. Save money and don't ever have to worry about ordering? Love it :)

Awesome, thank you all SOOO much. I looked at all the recs and settled on trying AES 100% Whey Protein (got a great deal on Amazon). I will try the small size and see if I like it. If not, I will move on to a different kind. I appreciate all your imput!
-
Currently log it under Circuit Training General, but am looking forward to getting my heartrate monitor in the mail (any day now!) so I can have a more accurate log.
-
The Wheybolic Extreme is 280 cals, so that plus coffee keeps me really full until lunch (but I eat lunch early). If I could find a protein powder that was less cals, I would certianly keep eating a light breakfast as well!

Just an FYI, no good counselor will do couples counseling if there is abuse, as the abuser will absolutely use the counseling sessions against the person being abused. If you want to work on it (which I do not recomend), seperate, and you both need to go to individual counseling. But get out of the house while this is…

It is possible that your metabolism is messed up from being on such a restritive diet for a long time. Plus your horomones might be out of wack from the HCG. Have you been to the Dr. for a blood test since you have been on this diet? I would get an overall checkup ASAP.
-
I am almost 5'8", but I will respond anyway ;) I am 208.2lbs right now, and in-between a 12 and 14, depending on the store. I have a LONG torso. I was a 6 at 147lbs.

Actually I don't usually gain (but don't lose either lol) but I just do cheat meals, not days. I still try to make good choices as far as portion size is concerned, and I still log. I just don't beat myself up if I go over calories that day. This weekend I had a calzone (that was too.die.for) and some booze, but started…
