I'm on Day 10 - and I feel great! I don't have the stats you're looking for - I'm still on Level 1 and I've made several other changes at the same time (diet). I also weigh infrequently. BUT I can feel the difference in my muscles and my body. Highly recommend.

I think "free days" are ok as long as you are the type of personality that can get right back on track so you don't slip back into bad habits.. "Free days" seem to derail me, so while I take them (because I'm still trying to just start this journey) - it's not something that's good for me because I keep going for weeks!…
