I need some motivation too! I am in the same boat. I am only 4'11 and according to the lovely doctors out there, to be a healthy weight I need to weigh like 106.. I weigh 176 so I am try to eat healthier and I work out everyday... haven't seen any changes and it sucks!

I am vegetarian, I still can't and prob won't shake cheese, it's too good. I don't eat eggs. I am in love with my chocolate muscel milk. If you mix it with coffee, tastes like a mocha. Best tasting protein shake I have found! Tastes great with almond milk or just water. If you are insomniac, I recommend drinking it in early afternoon, gives me a lot of energy.
