ONE slice of pizza?? LIES! No one can eat one slice of pizza! Lies I tell you.

What about good ol' Metamucil? In terms of probiotics, I like Yakult. It tastes like Skittles to me.

I usually have a cheat meal every week. It doesn't usually throw me too far off my macros. Every 2-3 weeks though I go hog wild and eat a massive meal without regard to calories. As long as it doesn't trigger further binges, it should be fine. I've lost almost 50 pounds AND kept my sanity this way.

Does your doctor watch Dr. Oz by any chance?
-
The only time you should do a "cleanse" is if you are majorly constipated. Nothing clears that out ODing on juice.
-
Cereal. I love my cereal.

Yeah, I just do what you do. Find something similar and log it. Sometimes on special occasions (like a birthday), I will just eat what I want and not count the calories. As long as you make up for it later, you're good.

Yeah, the walk and talk is good. It's always easier discussing things with people when you don't have to stare at their face constantly. You could always try joking around and say something like, "man, you eat like a bird. Do you always eat this little? Sure wish I had your stomach!" I knew a girl that would eat tiny bits…

I second that. You have to have over a certain BMI to qualify.

Try dividing the snacks into baggies and grab one bag. Just make sure one bag is equal to one portion. If you are lazy like I am, put them on a really high shelf or do something to make them a little difficult to get to. Snacks are a lot less tempting if you have to work for them. lol

I'd start by logging your calories as if you were trying to lose weight (not restricting of course). That way you can determine what your protein levels and average calories consumed are. That way you can adjust your levels accordingly without stuffing yourself and getting sick. Oh, also I know there are calculators online…

No, those are the COOL carbs. WHY COULDN'T I BE LIKE THEM. *cries*
-
Heh. Hehehe...

I gained 10 pounds over the holidays but never adjusted my current weight in MFP. I've lost 5 pounds of it already but technically I should have recorded it.
-
OMG you are adorable. I could hug you. <3 Anyway, you are only 22! You have your whole life ahead of you. Just take your time and you'll meet someone. You might want to lose weight and change your lifestyle first to give yourself a bit more confidence to go on.

How does the app work? Does it just tell you to run at certain parts? Do you do anything else like jumps and such?
-
Sometimes the foods I like are just too high calorie to fit into my macros. I'll eat a junky meal every two weeks or so that I just won't count. Your goal is to change your lifestyle, not just go on a "diet". Treat yourself now and then. Just work harder the next few days to make up for it.
-
Ah. I'm in the US. So... you just put bread in a pan with oil and fry it? Any toppings?
-
Well wait a second, it sounds like you are on the right track then! That's actually faster than 2 pounds a week. Keep it up, you are doing fine. Just make sure whatever you are doing is sustainable.
-
Nah. I have a cheat meal now and then. Just don't weigh yourself for a few days if it's super salty and just keep on truckin'.
-
Fried bread? Never heard of such a thing. Where would you find this?
-
Well, we need a bit more info. What's your calorie intake? Do you measure your food? What is your exercise? Do you weight train? I've gone 3 months and only lost 5 pounds but lost 11 inches. That's with strength training though.
-
Yup. Vegetarian for 13 years now.
-
Can you make your diary viewable? What's your exercise look like?
-
How long has it been?
-
Buahahaha. I like this one.
-
Nope. If anything, seeing the overweight people at the gym motivates me. ONE OF US. ONE OF US.
-
If you start a sentence with "no offense," you can say whatever you want without hurting anyone's feelings.
-
This seems like a good balanced meal. Bonus points for using the word "behoove".

When I squat, I try not to let my knees go past my feet. I make sure to align myself so I have a good base and do more of a "sumo squat". I don't go as low as other people since it's just too much strain on my knees. Especially with a fat barbell on your shoulders.
