How long I can run. At my heaviest, I could only run about 5 seconds before having to stop (not exaggerating). I can run for a little over 4 minutes now. What I do for poached eggs is the same except for one difference. My mother taught me that when the water is boiling, take a spoon and swirl the water into a mini whirlpool. Crack the egg right in the center of it and it will stay together a lot better that way.

A 32F? I stand corrected. Those ladies really didn't know what they were talking about. I'm assuming you got a contour bra with underwire for support. If you are still planning on losing weight, your band size will stay the same but your cup size will not. Be prepared for that. :)

Yep. Your diet coke makes zero difference on your diet. Soda messes up your teeth though so do watch out for that (I speak from experience).

I've eaten entire pizzas as treats. Obviously not the best thing to do so don't use that as an excuse. :p I've lost 45 pounds even while doing that. As I like to say, there's no point losing weight if you lose your sanity along with it.

I believe there is a weight lifting option under cardio. I have a fitbit and burn quite a few calories with weight training (about 400 calories per hour). Keep in mind that I'm a big girl so pretty much any activity makes me sweat. lol

You need to consider your frame as well. 140 on a large frame is too thin while on a small frame, it would be just fine.

Eating pizza without cheese is like eating birthday cake without frosting. Yeah, it's still a cake but what's the point?

Yeah, if you are hungry, just eat something. Maybe a handful of nuts or a spoonful of peanut butter. It will help you sleep but won't hurt your weight loss.

My mom got her gallbladder removed completely and her diet isn't too restrictive. She ate a piece of cheesecake recently and was just fine. However, as RosaRose said, you should keep your fat down for the rest of the day if you do that. Generally if you just eat healthy, you don't have to go crazy with counting fat grams.…

I don't have any pics for you unfortunately. However, I did go through a period where I only lost 5 pounds in 6 months. At first I was all depressed but when my personal trainer measured me, I had lost 11 1/2 inches. Keep it up!

Sure they work. It sucks all the negative energy and fat molecules through your body and channels it out your big toe. It works well with my fat burning belt and my dollar store diet pills.
