Huh. Maybe you should write Oreo and tell them about it. I highly doubt anything will happen but you might get some free Oreos out of it. lol
-
A very high level of satisfaction.
-
"Well, I can see why you never became a doctor."
-
According to Oreo's website, each cookie is about 53 calories. I've never seen a smile pack before. Where do you live? Oh, and you got me craving Oreos now. THANKS A LOT. :D
-
Eat an entire can of pumpkin. It's cheaper.
-
Vegetarian but not planning on going vegan. You can add me anyways!
-
Listen to this guy. It's pretty clear from his profile picture he knows what he's doing. lol
-
It is relevant. Are you seriously expecting a doctor to prescribe you a medication for no reason? It can cause stomach issues if you aren't careful. I don't like being on it but I don't have a lot of choice.

Slow/stupid/old people at the self checkout stations at the grocery store. If it takes you 10 MINUTES to finish your purchase because you can't figure the #$%@ thing out, don't use it.
-
Wear headphones. It's a little hard to focus on what people think of you when you are listening to music. Oh, and I was at a class and worked out with a fat hole in my pants the entire time. Only reason I noticed is when I looked behind me and saw my reflection on a mirrored wall. Not sure how people I scarred in the…

How old are you two? That can affect the answer quite a bit.
-
Those seem like cookie ingredients!
-
Oh tell me about it. My belly is the last thing to go! I agree with the previous poster though. You will likely lose weight elsewhere first so it looks like your tummy is getting bigger. It'll catch up though.
-
No, drugs make OTHER people smart and attractive. :D
-
An entire can of pumpkin. Don't ask how I know that but I will tell you it works.
-
I have sciatica too. Use the arm cycle at your gym. Burns calories and won't flare up your sciatica.
-
Beautifully said. Take care of yourself okay?
-
Alright but just be careful okay? Another thought. What is your job? Are you on your feet a lot? Years ago I used to work in retail and was on my feet all the time. My sciatica in my leg got so bad that I had to walk with a cane when I was 22.

I gotta be honest, I'm not a doctor but this diet seems like something you should not do. I get the back pain part but this seems a little too extreme. Plus, it's not sustainable. I have back problems as well (like REALLY bad) and exercise has really helped. Especially weight training and yoga. Your ultimate goal should be…

Why does the weight loss have to be rapid?
-
Ha, you and I are on the same page on everything.
-
This is kind of a personal question but is there a health problem or condition that requires this kind of rapid weight loss? Or is this just something the doctor threw out there? Just by looking at your face in your picture, I don't see you being hugely overweight.
-
I believe additional fluids too.
-
Wow, this is a scary diet. It even requires a "refeeding" phase when you are done with it. "It is important to bear in mind the PSMF diet (Protein-Sparing Modified Fast) is, in fact, a medical fast designed for rapid weight loss in those who need to lose weight quickly, and is followed under strict medical supervision."…

Buahaha. I like you.
-
I ate an entire white chocolate bunny. And a pizza.
-
Mmm. Now that's some good Southern home cookin'!
-
Yeah, you won't find any love on fasting (including juice fasts) here. Juicing is great, just make sure to pair it with regular meals as well. Don't get me wrong, you'll lose weight. However, you'll feel like crap and likely just gain the weight back after you start eating normally again. Really, just keep doing what you…

Split pea soup?
-
No, trust me. Keep away from fasting. You are doing everything right and there is NO need to starve yourself of food. I flagged that person's post because fasting is not something we encourage on this site and tends to be detrimental.
