Nearly every shop i do an old lady will ask for my help!! Dont mind at all! There are lots of perks when your tall - reaching high shelves is one of them (scarcasm is the lowest form of wit - i know!) ;-)

I seem to plateau every few weeks! I try and mix my workouts up and keep my body/muscles second guessing! do others plateau so regularly?

yes on the weekend. Either a weight session or a weight mixed with cardio session

one day is not too bad! I had a very bad yesterday as had a night out and actually inputting the calories has really made me think about how bad alcohol is and that its not worth it! I cant wait to have a better day today with fruit and veg and lots of water!

1000 calories is not enough especially if your excercising! Your setting yourself up to fail as your body will be too hungry pushing you to have cravings! Talk to your trainer about calories they should be able to help. I find having lots of healthy snacks around really helps - fruit and nuts especially almonds are great.…

its very true! I weighed out the serving of the museli that i eat and the 45gram serving was tiny!!! I now savour each mouthful of the very small looking portion :smile:

Outside excercise is great and i really believe healthy eating doesnt have to be expensive. Bulk buying apples and other fruit makes it cheaper. I buy a lot of oats, eggs, lentils etc. Buying veg in season is cheaper as well. I have found that i am eating less as well so the food i buy is lasting longer. I also have cut…
