Also wanted to add that if any body builders or others on here know of any books/videos on lifting for people with disabilities/mobility issues and can recommend that would be awesome. Or even any bodybuilders with disabilities that would be great!!!!

Well i have mobility issues due to a back injury.do what your doctor says of course but i do chair exercises with resistence bands and walk when i can.probably not what your looking for though ;)

Well its not a rude comment my mother would purposefully give smaller portions then everyone else(like toddler size portions) especially if she was mad at me.i was of course still hungry and would ask for more and she would say no you've had enough or no there isnt enough but happily give seconds to everyone else. coming…
