I agree with the bloated feeling. I don't know if it's the carbonation or what, but giving up diet coke and energy drinks was so good for me!

I think you would have to treat the steps you take during you regular day as part of the normal calories you burn to keep yourself alive or part of your basic metabolic rate and then the extra steps you take when you get home as exercise by distance or clocked. I see people put calories down for cooking dinner and I just…

Kool! Glad you thought it was funny, you could have just as easily gone the other way! Your beautiful now, you just have to get yourself to believe it and if losing weight will help with your mental image of yourself then go for it. It's hard a first, but then it's like retraining your body and giving it new habits to…

I just replaced eating with *kitten*. Now, I'm just too sore to think about eating. Probably couldn't hold a fork even if I wanted too. Good luck tho! Dedication and Discipline!

I miss cuddling at night. Even more than the sex. No, I'm not gay.

Also remember that roughly 3500 calories makes a pound. If you could find a way to burn an extra 500 calories a day, along with staying within your calorie budget, you will lose weight. Discipline and dedication!

Here's my opinion, because we all got one here. The idea is probably to take the best of what people are trying to help you with and see what works for you. If it said 2000 then make that your limit. I personally would not eat my exercise calories back but others prob will tell you different. I would find a way to cut down…

i would do the BMR thingy here under tools and at a minimum don't go over that. You for sure would be burning more than that because of your daily activities.

I'm not a doctor, nor have I played one on t.v. but I think 2000 is too high.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I try and drink a 16.9 ounce bottle of aquafina every 2 hours. Stay away from carbs. Eat more protein. Get more sleep. Hard to feel hungry if you are sleeping. I think caffeine could make you hungry also?

I'm bad the say way. If it's in the house oh yea it will get eaten! So don't bring it in. Somehow you have to get everybody to agree not to sabotage your diet.

You look great!!!!!!!! Awesome job. Good discipline and dedication!

What fun is a diet if you deny yourself that crazy day here and there and just eat! Looks like you got plenty of calories and such left over.

I swear I do not know where it came from. I felt thin most of my life but then like my clothes were getting tighter and I was buying bigger ones and it seemed like suddenly I looked older and I couldn't bend as well. And honestly, I don't think I saw myself like others did. Like I carried it well and didn't think of myself…

I love the divorce diet success rate then!

"Change yourself and your life around you will change!" Good luck!

My suggestions: Eat at least 1400 calories day. Keep carbs around the 100 count. Increase your protein. Drink 10 glasses of water a day. East something every 3 hours. Try to increase your exercise routine to 3500 calories a week. Just weigh yourself once a week. Period. Good luck!

You are right on the money!

I would vote to eat breakfast. It will wake up your metabolism. Have a snack in the 150 calorie range 3 hours later or halfway between your lunch. You WANT to wake it up!

If you are good at counting and watching your calorie count that is a good start. As far as foods, everyone probably had their own ideas but I can share what is working for me. I try to keep my carbs down to 100 as much as I can. I am not always that low but way lower than before I started watching them. I also try to have…

If you are doing that good on the carbs, keep it up. More protein tho for sure. And as already mentioned. Weigh yourself just once a week, right after you get up.. Good luck! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools
