Before i got fat I was a soccer player for 6 years, i quited due to emotions.. i can run for miles and miles.. but the question was intensity but shorter workout is it better then a slow pase but longer exercise?

Omg this quote quote quote thing is so annoying lol. Makes me confused! And i didnt mean just belly fat! I meant fat.. are there any exercises that helps with losing weight, besides running? Something mroe efficient then that?
