  • by the way, i don't think you are necessarily doing these exercises wrong...lots of people get tendinitis.....you just need to treat the problem.
  • klya - what you have there is patellar tendinitis (also known as jumper's knee). I had it on and off forever, and know i sort of have it chronically.   • thanks all. Sunbeam - yes, I was amazed to type in thing's like Barbara's cereal and they are all there and I ate at Moes Southwestern Grill today and it had everything on the menu, it even has jason's deli - salad bar buffet with the proper nutritional estimates.
